Community Sounding Board Application

Please complete this application by Feb. 18, 2019 if you are interested in participating in the Community Sounding Board (CSB) to engage in focused discussions and provide input, feedback, perspectives and recommendations relevant to the Capitol Lake - Deschutes Estuary Long-Term Management Project EIS. In completing this application, you understand that each participant will have an equal voice in the discussions, and the purpose is to share information and provide advice, not make decisions. You also commit to: 
  • Participating in the first meeting on April 8, 2019.
  • Actively participating in discussions, and completing assignments as required.
  • Actively and respectfully listening to and considering other points of view and interests, and being open to new ideas.
  • Attending up to five meetings in 2019-2020, each meeting up to four hours in duration depending on the topic. 
  • Notifying the CSB facilitator in advance of any meeting you cannot attend; irregular attendance will warrant replacement.
